With 20 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, Karen has committed her life to helping people learn how to take better care of themselves.  Her career has evolved from a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, to Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Thai Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor.  Over the years, she has learned that improving ones fitness level is only one aspect of health.   As a Wellness Coach, Karen will train the physical body, while encouraging whole foods nutrition to maximize results.  She employs healing treatments with Fascial Stretch Therapy, Thai massage and Yoga to care for her clients after the demands of life including challenging workouts. Her balanced approach challenges the body and mind while nourishing the soul. Her diverse skill set brings forward variety to challenge, knowledge to inspire and restorative treatments to care for each of her clients.
